Without information it is near impossible to point you in the right direction.

Got Avast website; Go to support; after jumping through a few options, you will have to generate a ticket; then, someone will get back to you.
(Unfortunately when it comes to support, avast is not user friendly.)

As you said, Avast is not user friendly and their support stinks. I’ve been in touch with these people by phone, bot and e-mails but they are unwilling or unable to help me download the AntiTrack program that I paid for months ago. Each time I use the code provided for downloading, the download stops after 5%. So I changed my credit card so Avast can’t continue billing me. No Avast sends me reminders about updating my credit card info but I won’t unless they provide me with usable advice how to download AntiTrack. I have other Avast programs but shall stop paying for renewals if they don’t want to help me. Fortunately, there are other providers of such programs. In addition, there is no e-mail adress where to contact Avast - the e-mails that they send cannot be responded to.

Wow, I never had what you are going through, sorry to hear it. Everytime I’ve had issues and jumped through the hoops to get to generating a ticket, then I’ve got support. But that’s with Premium security. I got the Anti track in the ultimate package and haven’t had any issues downloading. I have however had issue with it being dissabled now and then. The avast go to is always uninstall and reinstall. Try to uninstall and check the registry to remove anything there before reinstalling.
