So i scanned this files that i downloaded from a website and it showed me this

Is it safe for me to have it on my computer or not?

Its a crack for some software so NO.

Never use cracked or illegal software, it brings unwanted stuff with it very often.

i forgot to say that everytime i download this cracked from various websites it always show this 2 files infected
