Is spycatcher express 2006 a safe programme to use?

I have seen this freeware programme, it is not on the rogue spyware programme list.

Will it be safe to install?

Pros Good at both detecting and removing spyware. Detects suspicious files by behavior. Wizard helps evaluate suspicious files. Detailed spyware information available online.

Cons
Behavior-based detection can result in false positives. Hijack and startup protection failed in testing. No full log of file and Registry traces removed.

  My experience with SpyCatcher Express was "negative";
  on the advocacy of an Editor of PC Mag I installed it,
  updated it, & ran its "Full scan". It reported I had 4 very
  serious "infections" and I checked my computer for the
 "files" it listed; nothing was found, confirmed by an Ewido
 "Full Scan", as well as one by Ad-Aware. When I posted
  my experience on the PC Mag Discussion Forums, there
  was no reply by the editor; later on a "Reader" posted
  their similar experience & there was a "half-hearted"
  Response by the Editor.
  At one time, this program was listed by Eric Howes of
  Spywarewarrior as "useful"; several months ago it was
  "dropped" to the "lesser-known" category, with about
  50 other such programs.
  Therefore, I do NOT recommend this program; better off
  using the "Trustworthy" ones by Eric Howes .
