Is store.avast.com in the U.S. or Czech Republic?

Hi,

I want to purchase an extra license of AIS, but I want to use a gift card this time around. Thing is, it will not work outside of the U.S., and avast! is a Czech company. So, can I order from store.avast.com with it? I believe the licenses are distributed by Digital River Inc, which is located in the U.S. But I just want to double check first before I go ahead and buy the gift card.
