IS THIS A FALSE/POSITIVE

Any help with this one would be much appreciated,
accidentally i came across this file on my system “IVZ REPORT” which i had to open with “wordpad”, i suspect this was generated by a trial i had made with a program named Invincible, however what i read on the file really left me goggling.
I have pasted a few lines below, all are suspicious PE files except the one referring to ASWBOOT.EXE.
Previously apart from AVAST full scans, i have used various virus scanners with no indication of any of these files having been affected. As noted, any help more than welcome.
Ah well, at least there is no rain and it’s a high of 29c 8)

IVZ REPORT, Dated 23 May 2004 10:17

C:\PROGRA~1\ADOBE\ACROBA~1.0\READER
ADOBEU~1.EXE, contains Suspicious PE, file was deleted.

C:\PROGRA~1\ALWILS~1\AVAST4
ASWBOOT.EXE, contains Magistr.A. The virus was NOT removed.

C:\PROGRA~1\LAVASOFT\AD-AWA~1
UNWISE.EXE, contains Suspicious PE. The virus was NOT removed.
UNREGAAW.EXE, contains Suspicious PE. The virus was NOT removed.
AD-AWARE.EXE, contains Suspicious PE. The virus was NOT removed.

C:\PROGRA~1\LPS
LPS.EXE, contains Suspicious PE. The virus was NOT removed.

I believe it is a false positive. I don’t know who generated this report, but it doesn’t seem very reliable to me.
For example, deleting the file AdobeUpdateManager.exe just because it’s “suspicious PE” (it’s packed by an executable packer, that’s all) - it’s not a good idea.

Thanks very much for your comments Igor.
