Is this a false positve? I can't find a way to fix it - help

Hi, I use a forum called Cruise Critic for travel advice. I use their boards frequently and tonight out of the blue I am getting an Avast pop up in red that says there is “Malware” blocked

Infection Details
URL: “hxtp://boards.cruisecritic.com/”
Process: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explore…
Infection: “HTML:Script-inf”

Can someone please help me to figure out if this is valid? I have the most recent version, I have emailed support and recieved an email back that was sent to “virus” area of avast. I have scanned my computer and nothing comes up. I need to use the site…

I can confirm that as I have been resolved as I was able to visit the page and the suspect script tag has now been removed (presumably by the webmaster), no avast alert.
