Is this url:blacklist a false positive?

for the past week or so avast has been giving me this popup about an oceanhero url being blocked because of url:blacklist. it’s never done this until now, so i feel like this is a false positive, but i want a second opinion

First test the website URL at:

• https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
• VirusTotal

If confirmed clean, submit a False Positive form using: Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast

You will not receive a reply from Avast, but give them at least 2 working days, then check again.
