So I followed the instructions in this thread: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=101860.0 but when I looked at the ComboFix log it said it was removed but that c:\windows\system32\services.exe . . . is infected!!
I’ve attached the log. If anyone could help I’d really appreciate it.

Hi BilNerd,
One wrong move with ComboFix and you’ve got a dead system. If you were to have ComboFix delete services.exe, then Oops! ??? 
Don’t do it! Services.exe is a necessary system file.
You will be in good hands here, just be patient.
Attach Malwarebytes, OTL, and aswMBR.exe logs in your next replies and you will be on the way to recovery.
