Hello I am here seeking technical help from a Avast technical support tech or from someone in the community that has had this problem and knows how to fix it. I am having troubles connecting to any of the VPN servers doesn’t matter what location it is it just doesn’t work it worked fine when I first got the subscription but now it just stopped working it keeps telling me that I am offline and to connect to the internet?? but I am connected to the internet here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/wfkedXR Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall and still nothing I don’t know why its doing what its doing and I am ready to just uninstall it and go to a different company for a different anti virus and all so if someone can please help me with this issue that would be helpful if it isn’t resolved by today ill be switching.
Check your firewall setting.
what setting should it be at??? and witch firewall setting the firewall from Avast or windows?
You only use one firewall.?
Make sure that Avast has full permission through that firewall.
