On 10-10-24 I renew my Avast ultimate subscription, payment was charged to my credit card and received confirmation email form avast. However, today 11-14-24 all the avast apps appear as expired. The “support” options in avast website are a disaster, does not offers solutions nor way to contact them for this specific case. Can somebody help me with a link o suggestion how to solve this?
Im on premium so not sure if layout is the same but have you checked menu > my subscriptions. does it shows out of date. if so in you confirmation email did it include the new activation code? as you can manually install that on same page.

Thank you MrDJ. Yes I received an “new”activation code that in fact is the same I received last year but did not work. I read all the support options but no one help for my case. I am trying to get contact with a support person without success.
not sure what else to suggest. hopefully someone else will advise.

Maybe a post there could get noticed by Avast staff.

Dear forum members, I made a comment and send a message to on the avast’s Facebook page. I got a quick answer and solution from Simone. They mentioned that was a technical error and fixed it immediately. I was able to activate the software. I hope this can help others.
