I have installed the AEA console and can not get the service to start. I have made sure that the license was installed properly and that the database is ok according to the maintenance tool. Here is the log. I hope someone can help
The EA console can’t communicate with the database.
Is this a fresh install? if so, I’d suggest simply uninstalling and reinstalling using the recommended settings.
