Issues With My Avast Account with Incorrect Hardware Information

Hi I just rebuilt my PC and I had reinstall Avast Free Edition. For some reason Avast doesn’t detect my SSD as a Hard Drive and the RAM information is incorrect. A Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 does not use DDR3 RAM it should be DDR4. Also the RAM Speeds are incorrect. And yes I am running Windows 10 Pro. So here’s a screenshot of the new added PC to my account. Maybe someone from Avast can update their hardware detection information. Because Ryzen is pretty new since 2017 and I’m not worried about it but it’s kind of annoying to see there’s no hard drive information on my Avast Account.

Unless you’re using a paid version or a paid product from Avast,
the my.avast.com account is virtually useless.

Well if that’s the case then it’s not important after all. I wish Avast would know what kind of hardware and CPU’s that people are using these days. Besides it would fun to see what we all use in 2018 and soon to be 2019.

Avast needs to work on some areas to bring data and information up to date, correct.

As stated, there isn’t really any help or useful information for those using the free version of Avast in the my.avast.com portal.
It had great promise when it was first started.

It doesn’t matter where you post. It’s a simple fact. >:( :frowning:
