I just came back from work and I got a message on my PC saying that my anti-virus and virus definition are out of date.
It wouldn’t give me the option to update either as the update buttons on the app and the right click update option on the icon are grayed out.
I tried uninstalling as suggested by the blog but it won’t allow me to uninstall because it’s giving me the “setup is already running” message, I unticked Enable Self-Defense and turned out the program through Task Manager but I still get the same message.
I don’t know what to do.
UPDATE: Never mind, it turns out it was updating in the background, which is why the buttons were grayed out and requested me to restart computer, now it’s updated.
