It does not work interface. MIUI 7

Calls on the pin, the interface does not start.
Apparently this is a problem firmware.
Can I fix it?

Hi serj3 - I have the same experience with Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 running Miui 7 by xiaomi.eu - 5.9.24/beta. When calling my PIN the Anti-Theft does not pop up as it happened on my former Jiayu G3 device. I also tried to log in into my account on-line from my laptop and send commands to the phone. With the exception of wipe I tried all commands I have access to and they worked fine. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Alternatively, if you would like to launch Anti-Theft on your cell phone you can do that through Avast Mobile Security app. Steps are the following:

  1. Launch Avast Mobile Security app on your mobile phone.
  2. Tap on More Tools.
  3. You should see Anti-Theft as first on the list of tools that popped up on your screen.
  4. Then on a new screen you will see multiple options like Anti-Theft; SMS Remote Control and Avast Anti-Theft removal wizard.
