I tried to login in the forums like 3 hours ago, but every time that I tried to login, it just redirected to the main page.
Looks like it’s back to normal.
Was it a maintance?

I had the same problem.
If it was maintenance, they should have put the webboard in maintenance mode.
i get this issue quite often like suddenly the site will load and run very slow and it will show me as not logged in, this can last for hours.
I agree, or just send an e-mail telling about an future maintance.
I had the exact same problems here, I thought it was my internet, but every other site were running normally.
I have no idea if it was maintenance or not, the problem appeared to be with id.avast.com which validates your logon credentials.
For some strange reason I was actually able to logon to my.avast.com using my browser (not avastUI). I have however been able to connect to my account via the avastUI. Generally I don’t try using the UI to visit my account, mainly because I don’t like the layout in the UI; normally I connect using my browser.
I couldn’t get on the forum as a registered user for around two hours. This is the first time I have experienced for some considerable time.
I wasn’t able to get on for 3 hours either.
Unable to log in also in evening , till now .
Lucky, I missed this one. No problems here.
It happens regularly for me. But without any specific pattern. Sent mail to Vlk about it and Chocholous contacted me later, but we couldn’t really figure out the cause of it.
For the past month or so, it does take sometimes a while for a page from this webboard to load.
Looks like the server sometimes more time then needed to handle a request, but does handle it fast enough to not cause a time-out.
Don’t know if it is related or not, but is sure looks like something isn’t working as it should.
Could be the connection with the database has a bottleneck somewhere.
