Ive got approval by banks for trial premium cleanup but when i try to use it, it keeps telling me to renew and the advice was to activate, which ive already done

got approval for trial of premium clean up but cant access it. it tells me to renew and when i asked for help it tells me to activate it and ive done that. maybe i need to activate it again. how do i do that when it doesnt recognise that ive done all what im suppose to do. an email confirms i got the trial for 60 days. can anyone help
