Good afternoon,
Every time I run a boot time scan,during the scan I get a pop up that reads Java 2 corrupted on C Drive.When I look at the completed scan log it states nothing is infected ? How do I get rid of this corrupted file.

When I look at the completed scan log it states nothing is infected ?avast is just reporting a scan error....corrupted does not mean infected.....infected files are given a malware name when detected
why do you run boot scan…any problems?
