Java Agent Virus

Hi
Avast found this virus and I moved it to the virus chest. Then I ran a bootscan and found 8 infected files which are also now in the virus chest.

What do I do now? Is my system still at risk? Is it possible that this virus could still be lurking somewhere?

First

  1. If running on Windows XP, Vista or 7, first disable System Restore.
    2. Launch the avast antivirus program and update the definition database.
    3. Run a full system scan.

Detect and delete the following Java.Agent processes files:
%Temp%\META-INF\MANIFEST.MF
%Temp%\META-INF\ME.DSA
%Temp%\META-INF\ME.SF
%Temp%\Plugin.class
