Hi,

I usually use “Malwarebytes Anti-Malware” to check for viruses.

However, yesterday, I decided to use Avast.

Avast caught these viruses for me yesterday:

Java:Agent-CON[Trj]
Java:Malware-gen[Trj]
Java:CVE-2012-0507-JP[Expl]

They were in this folder:

C:Users\Joe\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\33\63579261-17d94e55

Can someone please tell me if they come from Sun, or if they come from some popular
website that’s infected.

Also, what are these viruses anyway (i.e. their dangers)?

they come from websites and try to use vulnerabilities in java or Your browser

for info you can Google the exploit name CVE-2012-0507 there are online lists of these like here http://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=CVE-2012-0507
