When you take out a subscription for your Avast Program, it also creates a payment mandate, so renewal payments are taken unless you cancel the automatic renewal payment mandate.

Then Avast, even if they saw your post in this community forum, how would they ensure it is you and action it.
At this point as an Avast user I will bow out
