JS Feebs family Virus Worm every now and then

I keep on getting this JS Feebs family Virus Worm again and again.

I moved it to chest, then followed the suggested schedule boot time scan and now I am UNABLE to do that (Access Denied). I understand that some other program is using the resources, but now what do I do.

I did the whole System Restore off, then clean in safe, then on again in normal mode.

Then my computer is good for a few days and then every now and then, it pops back up?

Well, here are my questions for the gurus out there:

  1. Is this a serious problem?
  2. Can I keep on moving the virus worm to chest everytime and continue with my regular computing?
