My old license from 2010 is in my documents. The new order said it had inserted the renewal license but I can’t find it and it now says nothing about my renewal.
I may have clicked on the old file by mistake as directions are a bit hazy.
I am on Vista 64 laptop. How do I retrieve my renewal order?

The new license file that you have purchased will be in your email that you registered with avast!. But if you did’nt have it, what you can do is to resend it from the following link.
http://www.avast.com/resend-license.v2.php
just provide the the email that you had register with avast! and click on resend license.
What, if like me, your avast email address on file is no longer working. I provided the new email address with the renewal but it looks like it went through to the old email address. I have been charged but have no renewal license, and can’t seem to find any place to update my email address in avast to make that link useful.
