Kaspersky updates

Many of my friends who use Kaspersky (or rather used) have no update since 3-4 days.
The most absurd is that customers have no replies from Kaspersky,to their mails.
GOOD PRODUCT WHITOUT COMMUNICATION IS NOTHING!!!

I have Kaspersky on my work-computer and have the same problem. But I had an answer within 30 minutes from KAVsupport in the Netherlands :slight_smile:
They say that due to a major upgrade last week, the servers are overworked…
But still, for a payed product, you shouldn’t expect this.
