Keep getting Malicious Url Blocked

With every page i navigate to, this message keeps popping up. I have a picture of it attached, and I already ran OTL and MBAM and they both came back negative. The log from OTL was too big, had to split it into 2 different attachments

I think that might have fixed it!

OK once you are happy then run OTL and press cleanup ;D
