I can’t get the key from our company to work, to renew our avast protection?
Keeps saying invald key? I have tried inputting at several places on their website.
WHen I go into the AVAST on my computer I can’t view report or anything without a password?
Password for what?
Its like there is something running from AVAST but I can;t understand what?
I’m so confused and can’t reach anyone on the phone.

Are you trying to buy avast! at the official site?
avast! does not use a key since version 4.8. Now the scheme is a license file.
Another thing is avast! password that could have been set by the computer admin.
What does the “phone” have anything related to this?

When you’ve installed a version of avast on your pc, you enter either a license file or an activation code in the program itself.
Open the user interface (rightclick on the orange ball) > subscription > insert your code.
EDIT I see you’ve also opened another thread. Did you install the correct product, either Pro Antivirus or Internet Security?
