It is and if you had browsed the viruses and worms forum list of topics you would have seen some others, 6 at the last count, this is just one http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=36515.0.

Already solved in 080623-0 virus database update.

I am getting the same notification and will not let me log in to yahoo.com Anybody know what’s going on?? It just started a couple days ago

I get the same warning when I go to Yahoo.com. How do we fix it?

As has been said do a manual update of the VPS, right click the avast ‘a’ icon, select Updating, Update iAVS (though why the auto update isn’t working is beyond me, unless you disabled it).
