Lack of help in implementing extended protection on additional devices

Warning before canceling a deal due to lack of help in implementing extended protection on additional devices

Hello.
A few days ago I was convinced to purchase extended protection for my computers from you.

You promised that it would be possible to extend this protection to my other devices. However, I have not found an explanation anywhere how to do this.

Not only that, but you direct customers to a “Help” or “Call Us” link, but there is no help there, only a reference to forums, which do not respond to my inquiries at all. This is definitely a shame for a company that respects itself.

If within 24 hours from now, I am not given assistance or an explanation of how to extend protection to additional devices, I will cancel the deal with you and even consider giving up your free protection.

What Avast product do you have? If you can tell us that it may help us point you to more advice or information.
