you also get stream updates evry 5-15 minutes … VPS is just a backup of previous stream
your AV know what it need and if there is error it will tell you

I downloaded manual update package (vpsupd4.exe) from https://www.avast.com/download-update and it shows the same thing “Vps: Already up to date”

I’m on 160416-0 but then I’m using the latest v11. It looks like you’re on a pre v9 edition of Avast, maybe that’s what the problem is. The vps history page hasn’t been updated since the end of March.
I’m using avast 4.8… Its been 17 days and no updates >:(
