Lauch complete scan on exchange database

Is it possible to lauch a scan on the exchange 2003 database (with avast sever) to check all mailbox?
like a scan on hard drive

This is actually done automatically after each virus database update, unless you uncheck the “Background Scanning” box in the Exchange 2000/2003 provider settings…
