Legitimate e-commerce shop website falsely flagged as URL:EshopScam

Hello,

Our Polish e-commerce website, https :// francuskieperfumy.pl has been incorrectly flagged by Avast as URL:EshopScam.

We have already submitted the official false positive report, but we have not received a response yet. Unfortunately, this warning is now affecting real customers and damaging trust in our store.

The website belongs to a genuine retailer and includes:

  • a physical store in Poland,

  • a valid HTTPS certificate,

  • verified customer reviews Zaufane (https: //zaufane .pl/opinie/francuskieperfumy), Facebook Reviews and Google Reviews

  • active and ongoing business activity

Our technical team has reviewed the website and confirmed that there is no malware, phishing content, or suspicious redirects.

Could the Avast Threat Lab please re-evaluate this URL?

Possible False Positive

  • New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL) - Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
  • You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.
