Licence issue - Please Help

Hiya,

My account is showing that my Secureline licence expired today, but I’m unsure as to why, as payment was taken via auto-renewal on the 19th of April.

Could someone from please look into this? I have tried restarting and reinserting the licence to no avail.

Sorry I thought this was the avast forums where help was always available. I would call the 1-844 number if I could btw, but I don’t live in the states. Plus it’s an account issue not a tech issue so irrelevant FAQs and ad-ons aren’t really going to help unfortunately, but if you have any contacts in other departments I’d greatly appreciate an intro.
