I logged into my email account today to find out that my avast license had auto renewed, though when I got the license last year I had disabled auto renew. Not to mention, the card connected to my account expired last year, which is the part that really alarms me as I have no idea how they charged me. I even had been getting emails from avast telling me my card is expired and they need a new one for auto renew, which I ignored because I had it turned off. I’m not really asking for a refund, but I am very alarmed by how they charged me and how my turning off of auto renew was ignored.
