License Confusion in SBS Standard Edition

I’m having a few problems with licensing in ADNM/Avast server edition.

Basically in the adnm the client machines are showing with a key on them which according to manual means that there aren’t enough licenses for them. In the licensing page on the server it shows only 1 netclient license and 50 sbs licenses. This is where I’m confused. Should the numbers be the other way round? Screenshot below:

All the client machines on the network say the license has expired - we had a trial version installed before but the license we bought isn’t being picked up on the client machines.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,

Yes.

It seems that the thing you wanted to buy is the SBS Suite (which covers the SB Server + the workstations), but instead, you bought avast SBS Edition (i.e. protection for the server itself). This is why it’s only showing 1 netclient (i.e. one machine) - that’s the SBS machine itself.

Please contact sales (at) avast (dot) com, hopefully they’ll be able to find a viable solution.
