License Disappearing from Endpoint Protection Suite

Hello All,
Our organization has a 200 license account of Endpoint Protection suite. A handful of users are experiencing the licenses disappearing throughout the day. This happens regularly on my machine and keeps happening even after I reinsert the license file. I have checked AEA and we are well below the license limit of 200. Any ideas?

The client systems should pull the license from the server automatically.
Are all systems in the same (global) group or are the troubled systems in a separate group?

They are all in the same group, and on the same domain (if that matters).
