License Expired??

I purchased an Avast Pro License from Downloadcrew last September 2012. I activated it on Sep 13,2012.

I was curious about another AV, BullGuard, and a couple of days ago removed Avast Pro and installed BG. I decided it was OK, but I prefer Avast.
I proceeded to remove BG and reinstall Avast Pro. Upon entering the activation code the response was that the license was expired. It should be good until September 2013.

I have submitted a ticket to Support, but am wondering if Avast does not permit a removal and re-installation within the license period? I know I gave another code to a friend and he did the same thing and was told the license was expired.

WOW! I have already received a response from Support with a new license key that is good for the duration of the one I had. That is the best service I have ever had from any company, and I am very appreciative for such speedy and fine support.
