License file disables login to ADNM console

I just got the License.dat file for my 3 year subscription for 220 avast 4 Advanced Suite.

I have deployed avast under the Demo license which is expiring on Aug 3. When I installed the new license file, I lost the ability to connect to the AMS with the console. It says “Unable to login as Administrator or connection error”

I went back to using the Demo license file, and everything works just fine.

Does any one know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Deploying avast sure has been a frustrating experience. Poor documentation (great if you already know the product in which case no documentation is needed), non-existent support, etc. My reseller has had the same experience with getting any support/questions answered from avast and when you do get an answer it is just a copy/paste out of their Q&A and usually has nothing to do with the original question.

So, having said all that plus spending big $$$ for this product, it looks like my Demo period is going to expire before I ever hear from avast. Unfortunately now I’m stuck with avast for the next 3 years.

Well, sorry I can’t help directly as I just translated the ADNM manual, never used it.
There is help in this forum. You came to the right place. Hope technical team come soon.
Did you email support@avast.com? Why are you saying you’re receiving no support?

Do you really know about ADNM manual? I mean adnmag.pdf file available for download on avast website?
When is something wrong with your licence.dat file, it is high time to contact support@avast.com.
