after upgrading computers to a mac, i tried to use my license for the computer i’m currently on, my account online says i still have a valid license but it continuously says invalid.
Im not too sure what i could be doing wrong anyone have any suggestions?
You don’t need a license, Avast Mac Security is free (except for business use, afaik).

Avast Pro Mac Security is licensed for commercial use by business customers while Avast Free Mac Security is licensed only for personal and non-commercial use. Avast Pro Mac Security requires a paid license purchased through Avast Resellers only.
Licenses are not cross platform.
Meaning that you can’t use a license for a Windows product on another platform (e.g. Mac, IOs, Android etc).
