License issue: Something went wrong.

I have 3 valid licenses from Avast: Internet Security, SecureLine:VPN, Cleanup.
Last week, Cleanup stopped working.
This week, SecureLine disappeared (Avast shows the “Install Now”) button on the UI.
Installation failed at every turn, so I did what the support told me: I uninstalled and installed the whole thing (via Avastclear).
However, when I log into my Avast account, the licenses are not displayed in the UI (they are acknowledged on the website).
When loading licenses, the UI tells me “Something went wrong.”
When double-clicking from the license file, “Something went wrong.”
When entering activation code, “Something went wrong.”
When inserting license file from the UI, “Something went wrong.”

So, what went wrong.

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller…?

Direct from Avast. The license was resent by Avast as well.

I have, two days ago, used both the link you provided and the feedback form from Avast UI itself. I have not heard a peep.
How long do they usually take to reply?

Note, don’t submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
