can anyone give me a working link, where to renew my licence for the Family-pack?
I remember three years ago, it was also a little bit tricky, but in the end I was able to extend for anther three years.

Family-pack is outdated and not available anymore, afaik.

Are you sure you ( still ) have the Avast! Family-pack ?
As far as I remember it was discontinued with the intoduction of Avast! 5.
Is it possible, that because of this, you got an alternative deal from Avast! Sales 3 years ago ?
