Bought license renew, but never get license key , what to do ?
Check your email (including the spam folder).
If it isn’t there download the license file through your avast account ( https://my.avast.com)
Please (re)search before posting as things like this have been explained many times before.
It’s giving me old activation license code . I made payment 30.12.2016 в 23:11 , Yandex money , 1700 Rub for 2 years /
It may take a while for the account to update ???

Hi, if you did buy from a reseller, you need to contact them directly.
(Guess Softline is a reseller…!?)
Softline is a Russion online store that sells all kinds of software.
It is not a avast distributor nor a official reseller.

This is incorrect. Softline is our partner in Russia (similar as DR or Nexway in other countries).
In that case Softline should be mentioned on the website as partner.
