Hi, I would like to know where AVAST stores the history of the test, or how can I delete it?

I know where the test results history is in the AVAST application but I do not know how to delete the result from the program or from the disk so that it does not have to read the history you understand?
I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “the test results history” is the on-demand antivirus scan history ?
If so when creating a scan or using an existing one, you can customise the scan, so it doesn’t create a report.
In the Scan Settings > Report File and uncheck the Generate report file. That said if the report file isn’t created I believe there would be no data to compile the Scan History.
You could test this be deleting the report files from C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\report, the report file has the default name of ScanName.txt, see attached images.
I do not have a report set for any test, but how can I see the past tests in the history of the test? How to delete them? And two pictures are files I have there and can not be deleted.
Have you tried the Maintenance section in Settings / General?
