Lock Apps Function - Locked App Icon Missing

Hi,

I’m currently testing the Android app on Samsung A5 (2017) running Android 6.1.3. I locked an EverNote app on the Lock Apps page, but now can’t unlock it as the EverNote icon is no longer on the Avast Mobile Security > Lock Apps page. I can unlock it by removing the global Lock App function from Avast Mobile Security.

Any ideas how to fix and/or where to report the issue to tech support?

Hi that is very strange, all locked apps should be in the “Locked apps” list at the very top. Can you see the other locked apps there?

Hello Tereza. Yeah all of the other apps were present. I had to uninstall the app and resintall for it to work again. Not sure what caused it, but it seems OK now.
