I can’t log in using my password on my daily use device (although my spare phone and pad log in normally) tried to log in via Facebook which Facebook messaged to say was successful,but it wasn’t. Getting a code 7000 fault and to contact customer services, obviously this is impossible as they don’t appear to exist. Anyone else had a similar problem which they have resolved?
