Is there a way to log into a file the results of the option “Show detailed info on performed action” for resident scan?
I tried enabling Debug level but the Debug.log file doesn’t contain those informations.

Not at all in the Home version.
In the Professional version, you could modify the resident task (in the Enhanced User Interface) and set all items (including “OK files”) to be written into the report file - but that option is shared between all the providers, so you cannot set it e.g. specifically for Web Shield. I’d also say that it might slow down the system a bit - because it would be in effect for the Standard Shield as well (and the report would probably get soon quite big).
In avast! 5.0 there’s no “Show detailed info” option anymore… however, the report options are separate for each provider (called real-time shield now), and you can change the setting even in the Free version - so that might be what you’re looking for (if you’re looking just for the log).
