Hello! I was bored, so I made a toolkit containing the log tools recommended in “Logs to assist in cleaning malware”. It’s a 7z SFX (self-extracting) archive. Actually, I made a normal one and one with renamed tools. Anyway, if anyone’s interested, tell me!
Personally I don’t see the point in this as these tools are best downloaded at the time they are going to be used. They are regularly updated to cater for new variants, etc., so they want the latest versions. Not to mention the point of the “Logs to assist in cleaning malware” topic is it also gives useful advice on how to run the tools.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone downloads a self extracting archive, who knows what is likely to be extracted, as you can see I’m a trusting sort.
