lost password but have my masterpassword

Hi - can anyone advise me. I have lost my password for accessing certain areas in the dashboard BUT I have my Masterpassword.
I cannot seem to be able to reset normal password as it keeps asking for current password even in the password reset page (i don’t know the current password hence my RESET) !! VERY FRUSTRATING

Please note that the “Master Password” relates to the Avast Passwords manager feature in Avast Antivirus. -https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Install-Passwords/ ; https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/244/

The password to protect access to various areas of the Avast Antivirus application is not related to Avast Account passwords, or the Avast Passwords manager feature in Avast Antivirus.
