I had purchased the Avast Professional verson for my computer. When I was sent the product activation code, I saved it in my email in a folder marked “virus protcet”. My computer crashed and I lost the activation code. I had also backed up my computer to an external drive, but I can not extract any thing from it. I have repeatedly requested that the activation code be resent to me so I can reinstall Avast on my computer. I have yet to receive the product code or an explaination as to the delay. I was sent a password that I could not login with. I am getting very frustrated with Avast.

Then explain them your situations and give them the email you used to buy the product.
