I am trying to help a friend , who lost his verification key. He purchased Avast home edition 10 months ago. He has been using an Avast free download version. I know that he purchased it because i was with him. But being that he is somewhat of a newbie he has misplaced his key and i don’t know how to retrieve his information. Can anyone help with this problem? Thank you, Pete.

The best way is to contact sales (at) avast dot come with as much information as possible, date email address used, etc. and they should hopefully be able to help.
