I have recently noticed my computer being slower as well as the internet. I decided to download avast to try, i currently use the premier version and I scanned my computer and now it says there are no viruses. I also use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which also says there are no issues. The problems I am currently noticing are that on the avast window i keep getting messages saying " The Online Content is unavailable. Please, check your internet connection and try again. However, I am connected to the internet as it is saying this. This makes it so I can’t view the details when I get a pop-up saying Threat Detected. I also get many pop-ups saying “A threat has been detected” most of them leading too C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe . Also, on my Google Chrome it occasionally will says it cant connect to proxy server. Any and all help is greatly appreciated
Attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM, FRST and aswMBR)

Nothing noticeably wrong with it, except for it running slightly slower then usual, and i couldn’t download FRST at first so had to transfer it from a flash drive on to this computer. Also i haven’t really been using it while you have been helping.

The pictures are from when I opened google chrome(1st one) and FRST64.exe(2nd one)
Let’s try this first:
Uninstall Chrome
Export your bookmarks
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96816?hl=en
Close all Chrome windows and tabs.
Go to the Start menu > Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Double-click Google Chrome.
Click Uninstall from the confirmation dialog. Delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, select the “Also delete your browsing data” checkbox.
Click Start, copy in search %LOCALAPPDATA% and remove folder Google
Download Chrome
https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/desktop/
I have deleted and reinstalled Chrome. Same problem persists whenever anything is opened. I attached another picture in case you need it.

FRST search
Once again we shall use FRST for additional checks. Re-run FRST/FRST64 by double-clicking:
[*]Copy wpad into the Search: field in FRST then click the Search Registry button.
[*]FRST will search your computer for files and when finished it will produce a log Search.txt in the same directory the tool is run.
[*]Please attach it to your reply.
Please download the attached registry fix file and save it to your desktop:
http://www24.zippyshare.com/v/4RF3YGFP/file.html
Now we need to import the file into the registry.
[*]Locate the iphlpsvc.reg file on your desktop.
[*]Right-click the
https://sites.google.com/site/cannedfixes/registry-fix/reg_file_icon.jpg
icon of your file and select Merge.
[*]You’ll be prompted about adding the information to the registry. Please agree.
After this please manually reboot your machine. Any report won’t be generated.
Done merging and rebooting.
