Lousy customer service

I have several issues with SafeZone. I have contacted technical support several time and have 4 tickets outstanding. No one replies.

My subscription is due for renewal in the next few days. Hope someone can find the time to make contact.

Each time you submit a new ticket, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack (FiFo)

avast is normally handling tickets within 1-5 business days.
As it is very busy a.t.m. at the support department, it can take a bit longer.
Just have patience.
